Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning



To develop and execute an integrated regional Internal Relations and Communication strategy including:

  • An understanding, segmenting and engagement with internal audiences
  • Make improvements based on measurable objectives for raising brand awareness and strengthening engagement
  • Align engagement with value propositions that are fit for all employees/stakeholders
  • Acknowledge and understand the regional impacts of investment behind internal relations
  • Arrange timelines and budget management
  • Implementation



To drive the effective and cost-efficient execution of the IR and comms plan through:

  • Liaison with senior management and people department
  • Updating and engaging with employees and stakeholders aligning company goals and updates
  • Leveraging dedicated in-house resources (at the global level) for creation of content
  • Measurement & Analytics



To establish and manage an internal dashboard:

  • Monitor and analyse performance against targets/KPIs to identify successes and potential areas of improvement
  • Track progress against overall employee awareness and engagement to ensure effectiveness
  • Analytically evaluate and implement improvements to overall strategy and ROI



  • Tactical Responsiveness



To maintain the ability to reactively respond to unplanned changes:

  • Identify short-term opportunities or evolved company positions
  • Communicate unforeseen internal/external events or competitive initiatives
  • Responsible for internal crisis management and readiness planning with the understanding of regional needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to graduate level
  • Experience of performing a leadership role within a corporate environment
  • Strong experience managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Knowledge of the region and industry preferred
  • Experience of both reactive and proactive communication approaches
  • Experience of media relations is desirable
