Senior Legal Counsel

You will be:

• Acting as legal lead on areas of responsibilities and legal partner to the commercial business providing legal input into strategy, risk assessment and commercialisation.
  
• Partnering with the Business Innovation team to successfully launch innovative products and biosimilars.
  
• Liaising with other teams to ensure compliance.
  
• Supporting the business on complex negotiating and contracting across the supply chain and customers.
  
• Partnering across the UK & Ireland business units to provide ad-hoc and strategic commercially viable and pragmatic legal advice.
  
• Training and guiding junior team members on projects and contracts and managing relationships with external counsels.
  
• The legal lead for Data, Digitisation & Privacy.
