Job Description

The Senior Legal Counsel position based in Cardiff will involve the following tasks:

  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts
  • Manage relationships, terms and reviews with suppliers
  • Provide support to key stakeholders within the business
  • Liaise with external legal partners when required
  • Provide advice and guidance on any arising legal matters
  • Update internal policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Senior Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3 years+ PQE
  • Experience of drafting commercial contracts
