Their brands include Cravendale & BoB filtered milk, Baileys, McDonald's and all the major retailers.Job DescriptionFurther to growth led progression, there is a vacancy for a Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager at the Stourton Dairy, near Leeds. Reporting into the Senior Site Director and leading a team of 50+, the Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager will have responsibility for leading the site on a maintenance transformation journey to deliver world-class performanceOrganisational change and team development will be a fundamental part of this key leadership role, the successful candidate will need high levels of experience, energy, resilience and ambition to lead M&E at this strategically important production site. The Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager will play an integral part of the site leadership team, with a requirement to demonstrate leadership and ownership of site results and foster collaborative working across functions.There is also expectation and opportunity to work closely with peers across the organisation to challenge and develop capacity and reliability, driving a market leading maintenance strategy.
