About Our Client

My client are a Big 4 consulting firm, Currently hiring for a Senior Manager in Systems Engineering, to manage a project within Telecom BSS & OSS systems transformations initiatives.

This role is a Permanent role based in Qatar or Saudi

Ability to Travel is an essential part of this position

Job Description

Experience leading projects and managing the end client
Leadership initiatives to develop and market intellectual capital in Telecoms sector
Stays current with a client's business and financial situation and understands financial impacts of proposed solutions
Manages and advances relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and serves as a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agenda to strengthen interactions with clients
Takes control of challenging situations and diffuses escalated situations calmly by controlling own emotions and recognizing emotions in others
Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process; assembles a pursuit team with the necessary skillset and knowledge needed to prepare sales materials
Leads clients to position the right business capabilities across core services, and find the right balance between customer-facing operations and administrative activities through

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of relevant consulting or telecom industry experience in
Technology solutions implementation as project/program manager, solution/integration architect, integration lead
Telecoms BSS,OSS and other assurance and fulfilment stacks
Management of Systems integration programs in telecoms environment
At least 5 years' experience in delivering complex multi-stream technology projects (systems integration, software development, package/vendor selection) and managed 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within the telecom operator network planning / design team
Led the delivery of telecom BSS & OSS systems transformations initiatives
Experience in Management Consulting Firm / big four companies is a plus
Experience working with system integrators or technology solution providers is a plus
Proficiency with major technology frameworks and methods (eTOM, ITIL, SDLC, Agile, Kanban)
