Job Description
Joining as a Senior / Manager you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of clients up to the audit threshold in turnover on larger clients and significant chunk of smaller turnover clients, across a range of industry sectors, across OMB Limited companies, sole-traders and partnerships. You will build relationships, progressing in your accounting career. With positive growth, there are genuine prospects for career progression and development potential, within the role and firm. As you develop with the firm, you will take on increasing responsibilities and will work closely with partners, organising and running all accounting, tax and wider general practice service responsibilities for your clients, in a hands on and managerial capacity over time, supervising and reviewing juniors work, and providing help and guidance to more junior staff. You will carve a key role in this growing firm and progress in your career.
The Successful Applicant
The partners are looking to consider a range of experience here, moulding this around the right individual, so you may be most likely ACA / ACCA qualified, or a very experienced part qualified/finalist level professional might work if you can demonstrate a strong technical ability. Or you may be AAT qualified, and/or, with significant experience and suitably qualified by experience. You must have significant relevant experience, developed within an accountancy practice background, at around Senior / Manager levels. You will have good technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance. You will be looking for an opportunity to progress and develop in your career.
What's on Offer
