Job Description
- Full multi-million £ P&L responsibility
- Create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
- Maximise range and distribution
- Launch transformation product innovation
- Deliver optimal promotional plans
- Best in class day to day account management
- Effective cross functional collaboration with supply / ops, category, brand &shopper marketing and commercial
The Successful Applicant
- Min 5 years' experience working with high street, wholesale and convenience, ideally, across branded fresh, dairy or chilled categories (product categories not essential but preferred)
- Classic blue-chip training, preferably combined with experience gained at a high growth SME (latter not essential)
- Strong track record of achieving growth targets
- Great at working within and leading cross functional project teams (especially category, shopper marketing and operations)
- Exemplary commercial acumen
- Exceptional negotiation / influencing skills
- Effective networker and relationship builder
- Category management experience or can sell effectively with a category approach
- Growth brand mindset, always seeking to maximise opportunities
- Is "gutsy", an innovator and a strong lateral thinker to identify new opportunities and solutions to challenges
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ambitious environment with high expectations
