Due to growth, they are looking to add a Senior National Account Manager to their team.

Job Description

As Senior National Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the Asda account with a P&L of c. £30m, and 2 direct reports at NAM and NAE level. This is a highly commercial, strategic role managing a top 3 customer for the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
  • Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
  • Develop multi-level relationships with the account
  • Lead, direct, control & manage the development of direct report(s)
  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
  • You'll be accountable for developing coaching and developing a National Account Manager and/or Executive.
  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts).

The Successful Applicant

We are looking to speak to highly commercial individuals either at NAM/SNAM level - alternatively the business are keen to look at Buyers/Senior Buyers/Buying Managers.

It is essential you have worked in a global, branded business and managed sizeable P&LS.

What's on Offer

Up to £66,000 + £6K car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare.

2 days a week in the Northern office
