Job Description
You will be responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of Procurement Strategy, Identification and delivery of collaborative buying opportunities, strategic sourcing methodologies, effective contract management, risk management and ensure relevant regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage high value, complex procurements, ensuring goods/materials meet the Company's requirements in cost, quality, value etc
Review relevant legislation, rules, processes and procedures and recommend enhancements to deliver continuous improvement and ensuring compliance
Manage and develop a suite of KPIs and deliver management reporting
Formulate, negotiate and manage a defined range of market areas to secure the best terms and conditions and financial outcome for the company
Administer the commercial aspects of contracts
Manage internal and external customer and supplier relationships acting as subject matter expert and advising on supply market
Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategies
Effectively monitor and manage risk and ensure mitigation plans are in place
The Successful Applicant
A strong influencer and communicator with a strategic focus and the ability to drive change, you will bring a track record of leading the delivery of best practice procurement in addition to having holistic understanding of supply chain, Procurement and Contract Management experience and practical of high value and complex contract negotiations
Awareness of advances in a Supply Chain practice
Degree and/or relevant Professional qualification or qualified by experience
Use of relevant Supply Chain and Procurement Technologies
