Job Description

About Your Role:

  • Lead a team of 10+ including 3rd party teams on delivering product execution across global locations
  • Identifying and exploring opportunities with the business teams and delivering analytical insights and recommended next actions
  • Monitoring and reporting of programme progress, looking to achieve OTIF of product deployment
  • Engage with and expand your internal network within Data Science teams
  • People engagement, mentoring and capability building for the team
  • Create practical insights and work with markets transferring knowledge
  • Explore new opportunities for expanding the products capabilities and/or increased automation
  • Develop an understanding of the organisations Data & Analytics Strategy and ensure alignment of team's and priorities
  • Foster operational excellence within the team
  • Vision for bringing in new tools and technologies, around visualisation, automation and data, to enable increased speed of delivery
  • Co-partner on establishing governance on control processes with key partners and deliver business process, controls using product framework
  • Facilitate a LEAN, Agile and Design Thinking methodology across your team and share your knowledge through cooperative education

The Successful Applicant

All About You:

Significant experience leading global teams in Data & Analytics Product Management

An in-depth understanding of the retail and the end to end supply chain, from manufacturer to store and how ranging is achieved.

Ideally Knowledge of European and North American Retail but all retail experience will be considered

A consultative and business partnering approach and an understanding of working in a matrixed environment

Technical/Functional understanding of Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions would be advantageous as would a understanding of the Azure environment and how products are built and deployed in this platform.

What's On Offer:

A compensation structure of £75,000-£90,000 combined with a significant car allowance and dual bonus scheme (cash + shares) up to 20%, private medical and much more.

Flexible hybrid working is available combined with global remote working for 4 weeks per year.
