The client is the largest property holder in the UK. It is a public sector organistion looking to take a commercial view on how it manages its estate to deliver results and capital receipt back for its front line services.

As the senior property manager you will have a diverse and varied role:
The management activity will include lease transactions to convert occupiers to a formal contract, actively managing head lease events, actively managing sub lease events, reviewing and approving Landlord accounts payable activity, reviewing and approving occupier bills, taking accountability for asset management data for the buildings in your portfolio, and liaising with internal stakeholders to strive towards managing an efficient and cost-effective portfolio that supports the needs of the client.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Property Manager would ideally be someone who:
Enjoys having a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders that are affected and are involved with property management.
Is chartered or has other relevant professional experience
Has significant experience of property management, landlord and tenant, asset management experience, disposal and acquisitions experience.
Has a commercial mind-set and can independently work towards delivering the best financial return for the client.
A team player, who enjoys being part of a team.
Is able to commute to Bath on a daily basis and to site as and when required.
