Job Description

  • You'll be instrumental in shaping and instilling Revenue Growth disciplines to drive better performance & capabilities
  • To partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Finance and Consumer Insights teams to provide recommendations from the President, CFO and country commercial stakeholders
  • Driving insights to maximise value across channels.
  • Leveraging Data and Analytics to generate insights on price, promotions, mix and trade terms as drivers of channel value
  • Identifying opportunity areas that will help grow the Tea/ Coffee business through range extension and competitive share gain
  • Price-penetration driving price points, price pack laddering and price incentive against competitive set
  • Trade spend optimisation - Customer scorecard based on performance, reallocation of resources towards higher ROI opportunities
  • Consumer Promotion optimisation - Promotion planning guidelines
  • Identifying ROI maximisation opportunities across channels for categories

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior experience in Revenue Growth Management with evidence of value creation for Shoppers, Customers and business
  • Influencing the strategic direction of the business with regard to RGM
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and drive strong Execution
  • Entrepreneur mentality with the ability to translate market and organisational data into insights and action
  • Excellent communicator & collaborator with a strength in influencing leadership
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple geographies
