Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a comprehensive internal Management Development Framework that takes account of the culture, systems and processes and helps our People Managers to effectively navigate their role excellently
  • Design and deliver a People Manager modular programme that supports our People Managers to build the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for exceptional People Management
  • Create, communicate and maintain a Manager Toolkit to host resources that support our People Managers to transition to a self-serve culture, thus reducing reliance on the Business Partners and wider People Team for key information and support
  • Support with the creation of business-wide comms, and actively participate in promoting the programme
  • Create and manage the Management Programme budget, sourcing and appointing relevant suppliers and partners where needed, agreeing T&Cs, rates and managing contracts
  • Craft and develop evaluation and data capture methods to assess quality and impact of programmes, using the data to evolve programmes and further increase desired outcomes
  • Provide ad-hoc support, and consultation of overall career / professional / personal development for manager and leader population
  • Create and maintain Project and Roll-Out Plans, providing co-ordination support for roll-out of the programme and Cohort Management
  • Co-facilitate and collaborate with external delivery partners to deliver learning solutions
  • Contribute to a self-driven learning culture through feedback and enablement
  • Work closely with the COEs within the People Team to design and deliver a suite of 'Just in Time' learning interventions and resources which enables busy people to confidently and accurately complete the required HR processes and systems

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Significant recent experience creating and delivering interpersonal learning content at mid to senior level at a large business
  • Experience in applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology would be useful
  • TAP Diploma or similar in Design, Delivery and Evaluation would be useful
  • ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring Qualification
  • A good level of knowledge across a wide range of interpersonal topics is essential

What's on Offer

Salary: £55,000

Bonus: 18% + £6,500 car allowance
