About Our Client

Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Analyst to lead on the assurance and governance of ITIL processes, working in Service Management. You should have a real want and passion for such things, and be adept at communicating up to high levels within the business, and able to move continuous improvement in processes over into practice, implementing service design and transition too.

You should have a real want and passion for such things, and be adept at communicating up to high levels within the business, and able to move continuous improvement in processes over into practice, implementing service design and transition too.

This role would suit Service Analysts, Junior Service Delivery Manager, Service Management individuals.

The Successful Applicant

If you are passionate about Service Management, assurance, governance and ensuring ITIL etc processes are followed.

If you can communicate and translate / the the conduit to senior Executives who DON'T speak the Tech Language, but do need clarity.

If you have experience of high-pressured Incident Management, problem management, incident reporting with communication, continuous improvement.We would like to hear from you!
