Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for any IT support
- Escalate any issues as required
- Work to required SLAs
- Provide a positive, professional can do attitude and maintain a high quality service of support to our customers
- Ensure troubleshooting steps are followed consulting documentation, knowledge base, various support systems and appropriate websites
- Ensure regular ticket updates to manage customer expectations
The Successful Applicant
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Client Care / Customer Service skills.
- Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
What's on Offer
