Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure seamless service provision.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Manager (Home Care) should have:

  • Experience in managing care services, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • A strong understanding of care regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
