They now need an astute, commercially sharp shopping centre marketing manager to bring some magic to their growing team of shopping centre experts.
They're unique in their approach and are all about creating better, fresher ideas that exceed the needs of a national shopping centre footprint.
- As a shopping centre marketing manager you'll wear an array of hats. You'll get under the skin of the demographic, target market, local area, mix of use etc and use your expertise to devise and deliver a strategy and calendar of events that drives footfall, occupancy and enhances the brand of the centre.
You'll have a knack of thinking differently, working to often, pretty tight budgets and above all, getting results.
You must being with you a track record of managing either large or ideally multiple sites
The Successful Applicant
- This role will suit someone currently in a shopping centre marketing manager role or possibly working in a large mixed use retail development.
You'll want more than your current role can give and be excited by the challenge of applying your skills into a bigger, more varied business.
This role is all about the team - you'll want to be involved in rolling your sleeves up and doing what it takes to excel.
