Well established Housebuilder
About Our Client
You will be working for a well established family ran housebuilding company who have been in operation more than 40 years. They have won in excess of 20 NHBC awards during that time and as such are looking for a site manager with good attention to detail and who takes pride in their work.
You will be overseeing 2 projects initially which are scheduled to take 12 months to complete. The first involves 6No traditional build high spec houses, each with a value of £350K+. The second is just 5 minutes away from this site and involves a new build out house, extension and a refurbishment project on a large bespoke property.
You will report directly to the managing director and oversee a team of subcontractors to ensure the projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a keen eye for detail and who takes pride in their work. You will ideally live local to the Yorkshire region and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum. Your background will be within the residential sector, and you must of had experience as a Site/Project Manager, specifically overseeing new build housing developments.
