Job Description

  • Overall leadership of account managers and internal teams to plan and execute monthly content plans, community management and wider social campaigns
  • Deliver campaigns across all social channels: Instagram (full suite), Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube
  • Oversee and lead the client services and strategy teams as they manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Manage designers on repurposing design content
  • Develop and grow existing client relationships to ensure consistent creative streams and revenue-generating work
  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and identify services to meet objectives
  • Ensure effective use of resources to deliver highest-end creative work with effective production and delivery of projects to budget and time
  • Contribute towards building a strong team that collaborates effectively with other internal departments, sharing knowledge, processes, client vision and KPIs
  • Sell agency's full creative offering to brands in a way that is compelling and inspiring
  • Drive innovation and fresh thinking across the client's business
  • Monitor the satisfaction of existing clients and ensure that they continue to work with
  • Ensure managers and execs are working to deliver integrated plans that display a deep understanding of all channels
  • Help on-board staff with client knowledge, strategic thinking, client templates, working process etc
  • Oversee team in delivering impactful content calendars with strategic understanding of our clients' objectives and a knowledge of their tone of voice, guidelines and nuance
  • You will be required to run a number of paid social campaigns and to support on advertising strategies so solid experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is essential. You'll know how to:
  • Manage paid social campaigns from start to finish including set-up, creating planning, optimisation, reporting and producing recommendations on budge splits for paid social outputs. Working with media spends between £500-£50,000 at a time.
  • Devise budgets for social advertising and present best recommendations to clients
  • Effectively and clearly use Google Sheets / Excel to display analytics
  • Set KPIs for client campaigns, ensuring all work is tracking against these
  • Explore new campaign strategies and models, continuously improving strategies through data monitoring and analysis
  • Deliver campaign reports to clients with clear analysis and recommendations

The Successful Applicant

Must have solid experience running organic (and ideally paid) social campaigns, preferably with agency experience and has managed a team of +3 people.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital, social media and/or advertising across B2C / B2B companies
  • Experience successfully managing projects and growing relationships with SMEs and international clients, and working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience and skills in advertising, creative production and copywriting
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, digital and current communications, content marketing trends and audience behaviours
  • Proven experience in reporting and analysing numbers and metrics
  • Proficient in social measurement and listening tools (ex. Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sysomos, platform business/ad managers, etc.) and paid social media advertising for all social channels; Google ad words not essential but a bonus
  • Agile approach and problem-solving attitude
  • WeChat / Weibo experience would be a bonus but is not essential
  • Experience developing strategic recommendations/proposals for social media and digital activations (paid/organic) and KPIs to effectively measure success
  • Result and solution-oriented with a strategic mindset, good logical thinking and strong in data
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, multi-task and project manage/manage deadlines, and delegate tasks with ease
