An exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager, Corporate Communications has arisen; leading and executing social media strategies within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector. This role is based in West Sussex 2 or 3 days per week; and will partner with the executive leadership team to drive communications across social media channels.

  • Hybrid Working: 2 or 3 days per week in West Sussex.

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Working closely with the Executive leadership team and CEO Office to create engaging social moments.
  • Support in the elevation of corporate leadership communications and executive profiling.
  • Create engaging and innovative content to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
  • Working closely with the Executive leadership team and CEO Office to create engaging social moments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social Media Manager, Corporate Communications should have:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns; ideally from within a HQ or corporate environment; opposed to consumer social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Resilience and flexibility; working in collaboration with a global leadership team.
