Job Description

  • Strategically plan digital/social programmes for brands - including earned, paid, shared and owned
  • Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from initial brief to implementation to channel planning and optimisation, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality
  • Partner with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics - be the face of the campaigns, providing feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Advise clients on how to organically grow social channels including through maximising PR campaigns and content
  • Develop and maintain relevant partner, publisher and tech vendor relationships
  • Be responsible for overseeing all end of month and post-campaign analysis reporting
  • Help upskill colleagues by sharing industry insights, trends and trainings - and always be on hand to offer advice and counsel
  • Be constantly innovative, and come up with creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and tech
  • Adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all paid social activities to ensure best in class work delivery
  • Be enthusiastic and proactive in handling a wide variety of work that will include a mix of retained accounts and short-term campaigns - and we pitch a lot!
  • Have the aptitude to think on your feet and the ability to work independently and as part of a much wider team too

The Successful Applicant

  • Organised, self-motivated and driven, who wants to grab this role by the horns and use their skills to help grow and develop their clients and the agency
  • At least 3-5 years digital marketing experience, ideally in a consumer agency
  • Ability to work well under pressure to deadlines, as well as effectively managing time and juggling work across several accounts
  • Strong platform/channel knowledge across Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and LinkedIn, TikTok - as well as strong IT skills across the usual Office programmes
  • Brilliant analytical skills with the ability to analyse large data sets, formulas and pivot tables - with a good working knowledge of excel and Google Analytics
  • Can wax lyrical about tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills at every level, and a high regard for confidentiality when needed
