Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management: Lead and supervise a team of soft services staff, including cleaning, security, and other related services, ensuring effective performance, training, and development.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, quality standards, and efficient processes to enhance service delivery.

  • Compliance: Ensure all soft services activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety guidelines.

  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, controlling costs and expenses related to soft services operations.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role applicants must have a proven background within management of soft services in particular. Ideally you will also hold FM qualifications or membership such as IWFM as well as having a Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

The role will be site based 5 days a week so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Wolverhampton.

What's on Offer

The role will be offered on an initial contract basis of 6 months with a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 on offer.
