Job Description

As a Software BDE, you will be responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline of cross-sell opportunities through outbound prospecting into existing clients
  • Growing the revenue base across defined markets within the software portfolio
  • Building and sustaining an expert level of product knowledge
  • Exceeding sales revenue targets and other critical success metrics
  • Accurate account plan and opportunity forecasting

The Successful Applicant

As a Software BDE, you will have:

  • A proven track record of success within a software sales or educational sales environment
  • Experience hitting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
  • An ability to absorb new information with ease and speed
  • A passion for customers, with an ability to anticipates changes in their requirements both now and in the future
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to expertly demonstrate a range of software solutions.
  • Significant experience building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships across a range of senior stakeholders.
