Job Description

  • Sourcing, tendering and supplier relationship management
  • Capex, MRO
  • Strategically manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures within the supply chain.
  • Lead procurement initiatives for the Industrial/Manufacturing division.
  • Regularly review supplier performance and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
  • Adhere to all company and regulatory procurement policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the procurement and supply chain process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification.
