About Our Client
Our client is a professional services business based in Warwickshire.
This Space Planner role will involve working on a range of interesting and challenging projects across a UK wide portfolio of offices.
You will be advising internal stakeholders on how to best utilise office space both safely and effectively. This will involve producing layout plans, procuring office furniture, equipment and services and managing any office moves from the planning stage through to completion.
You will also have budget management responsibility and you will manage the relationships with any third party suppliers to ensure that the best possible service is received.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role it is expected that candidates will come from the facilities sector and will have ideally carried out a similar space planning role across a business portfolio. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate an innovative approach to their work and will be able to comprehensively talk through a portfolio of office move and space planning projects that they have successfully ran.
As the role is Warwickshire based it is anticipated that you will live in or around this region.
