Job Description

  • Managing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics within the company

  • Supporting the management team in decision-making processes
  • Providing guidance and advice on HR matters to all staff members
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry
