About Our Client
This role is responsible for working with schools and colleges across the UK and for building relationships with teachers, advisorsadvisors, parents and a range of stakeholders to ensure that the University of Lincoln is well known and highly regarded as a first choice for undergraduate study.
The post holder will work directly with young people, giving presentations and organising competitions and events as well as supporting academics and alumni in engaging with young people and schools in curriculum relevant ways. The post holder will design and oversee campaigns to raise awareness of the University within all schools in the UK. In addition, the post holder will support with university events such as open days and offer holder days.
To be the face of the University of Lincoln in Schools and Colleges across the UK. At the heart of the role is the need to build excellent relationships with schools and colleges and to have excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure that these customers are fully supported in an efficient and effective manner. These are the Universities most important stakeholders as they are the future students who are at the heart of everything that we do as an institution.
To work on Schools and Colleges recruitment, undertaking a range of activities and events, specifically aimed at the youth market. In some cases they will undertake the activity and so will plan and coordinate marketing campaigns targeting schools and colleges, they will organise ways for schools to engage with the University such as competitions, internal and external events and will prepare materials, such as targeted online digital and printed communications. To give presentations around finance, personal statements, coming to university, accommodation, parents talks and building transformational skills.
Facilitate academic visits into schools and colleges and at the University. These are highly valued by stakeholders and the post holder will advertise these opportunities, sharing information about potential academic visits which can be undertaken internally and externally and will oversee the booking and administration of the visit. Facilitate school and college visits to the University for facility or experiences or general talks. These can be on a one to one basis. To implement the annual plan for undergraduate recruitment and conversion activities for the University and will deliver activities on time and within budget.
To have a specific regional accountability and are expected to monitor University dashboards and applications to understand where students come from and to support and develop student recruitment activities. To undertake additional market research to know their markets, prepare appropriate activities and identify opportunities and threats, such as changes in application rates from specific areas.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience of working to meet agreed targets and delivering agreed outcomes
