Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain process in the company.
  • Develop efficient and cost-effective supply chain strategies.
  • Oversee the procurement process and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor and forecast inventory levels.
  • Implement and manage supply chain analytics.
  • Compliance with the company's policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage and develop the supply chain team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • An understanding of supply chain analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
