About Our Client

Job Description
- Creating supply chain demand and purchase forecast
- Build-up, ramp and sustaining inventory planning
- Inventory transition management
- KPI management and reporting
- Communicating demand and supply information across customers and the supply chain
- Inventory optimisation routines ensuring that excess inventory is avoided or burned off through various inventory reduction techniques
- Achieve consumable and non-consumable corporate turns targets without compromising customer satisfaction or contractual obligations
- Prepare and lead customer inventory review meetings
- Ensure that company stocking policy is followed and maintained
- Creating and achieving inventory budgets and projections
- Creating and maintaining accuracy of parts records in Baan.
- Manage and maintain SPP routines
- Regularly review ERP parts recommendations for new generation; existing and obsolete tools to ensure that stock levels are kept at an optimal level
- Stock procurement activities
- Periodic coordination of buybacks
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills - Should be a team player, proactive and have the ability to succeed in a complex and complex environment.
- An understanding of compliance, continuous improvement and excellent customer service
- Knowledge of working in an international organisation
- Knowledge of cultural differences
- Ability to evaluate complex issues, resolve problems and consistently make the right decisions.
- Service Parts or Production Planning
- Ability to influence and build positive co-operation at all organisation levels.
