Job Description

Delivering against key supply chain and business KPI's
Owns market supply planning for the network/markets in scope including product availability management, inventory strategy definition and stock optimization
Owns supply chain interface between cluster supply chain and upstream (plants/ESC) supply
Ensures timely and cost effective of replenishment of stock based on Demand insights and close collaboration with market and Factory supply chain teams
Minimise shortage risks and proactively communicate risks to Sales and Customer Collaboration
Manage the stock policy & shelf life to ensure service and reduce product waste

The Successful Applicant

Supply planning experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a large and diverse variety of stakeholders
Proven learning agility
Performance driven with experience in driving continuous improvement plans and activities
Proactive mindset and approach - ability to proactively identify risks and come up with solutions
