Job Description

This isn't going to be an easy role. You will be responsible for providing the children in everything they do. From getting ready in the morning, supporting them with their education and development at school, and providing engaging activities. You'll be working as part of a close team in one of the seven homes on site. The homes are built around the children, each child has their own bedroom here and a shared living space with a sensory room and kitchen.

As a support worker in Tadworth you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the children and putting them first in everything you do
  • Supplying help around activities, medication and meal preparation
  • Providing personal care to those you're supporting
  • Engage in social activities by interacting with the children and helping them to continue with their hobbies and activities within the home.
  • Aiding with education and individual development

This is a challenging full-time role. As you will be working with children, shifts can vary from days, nights and weekends. It is a fantastic position for those who are looking to develop their skills and progress into a great career.

  • Your hourly wage will be £11.50 per hour (£13.30 inc holiday) for weekdays, rising to £14.96 per hour (£17.29 inc holiday) for Saturdays and £18.42 per hour (£21.28 inc holiday) for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
