Job Description

The Systems Analyst - Executive Support - London, will:

  • Provide IT Support and Services to the Executive team.

  • Develop, achieve and work towards exceeding the IT&T Operations KPI's by monitoring and maintaining current IT&T systems and networks; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends and determining system improvements

  • Create, document, review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of IT&T Operations and IT&T Security and Controls, ensuring compliance with Data Protection and Information Security Policies and the relevant regulatory requirements

  • Respond to incidents and alerts, ensuring BAU continues without interruption and impact to service.

  • Provide out of hours technical support when required.

  • Participate in the planning, development and delivery of projects.

  • Provide new and updated documentation and knowledge articles.

The Successful Applicant

The Systems Analyst - Executive Support - London, will have:

  • Substantial experience in IT and VOIP support
  • Excellent prior experience providing IT support to executive/ VIP users
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Takes ownership of issues to resolve
  • Strong service management experience (tools, incident, problem and change management)
  • Networking skills - Cisco, VLAN, Wireless, Firewalls
  • End User Computing - Windwos10/ O365
  • Infrastructure experience (Active Directory, InTune, Recovery)
  • ITIL practice experience
  • Knowledge/ experience of security standards, best practices and principles.
  • Certified in any area is advantageous
  • Security clearance is useful
