Job Description

  • Lead the 360 recruitment process from start to finish across multiple business functions and regions
  • Conduct market mapping, research and collate data - share with stakeholders
  • strategically source diverse candidates across the regions and build a talent pipeline to support growth plans
  • Lead on all talent brand campaigns
  • Support the development and execution of the recruitment strategy
  • Collect and analyse recruitment-related metrics to identify market trends and advise on areas of improvement to the recruitment strategy
  • Partner with and develop strong relationships with local and global hiring leads to understand their requirements, coach and advise on our recruitment process, and build recruitment capability
  • Make recommendations and implement changes to improve the recruitment process, with a focus on EVP

The Successful Applicant

* Experience in an internal recruitment team within a professional services environment (ideally)

*Experience leading the recruitment process from start to finish, and coaching hiring leads to develop their recruitment capability

You must be creative and enjoy thinking outside the box
* You are passionate about recruitment, diversity and candidate experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others and work with a wide range of stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* You are data-driven and have strong analytical and reporting skills
* Working autonomously and as part of a global team, in a fast-paced organisation with ambitious growth plans requires you to be flexible, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
