Job Description

Reporting to a Recruitment Manager, this role would suit a strong contractor recruiter who works either in-house, for an agency or for an RPO and wants to gain more exposure in a growing international organisation. Any of these backgrounds is desirable to us, so long as you are passionate about recruitment!
Main responsibilities will include:
* Understanding the unique skillsets required for our varying projects and clients and using that knowledge to market map and talent pool potential and future contractors
* Using LinkedIn, headhunting and screening contractors, engaging them with business and maintaining those relationships through regular content sharing and interaction
* Manage candidates through the whole recruitment process, getting buy in from Project Managers and adding them to our contractor database or onboarding for specific clients
* Managing the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is accurately entered and kept up to date at all times
* Working closely with staffing, project managers, VP Leads and finance to be able to anticipate changing trends and requirements
* Prepare weekly (and ad hoc) reporting for recruitment calls with Leadership Team
* Support other recruitment projects and initiatives

* Well-rounded education. A Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
* Must have prior experience working in contractor and interim hiring
* LinkedIn headhunting and pipelining is essential
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
* Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment
* Confident with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with candidates
* Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can do attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and positive

The Successful Applicant

Must have

-agency experience

-ideally have worked in professional services business

-experience with hands on recruitment - linked in resourcing, talent pooling and sourcing

-experience recruiting Procurement or consultancy roles

-comfortable in fast paced environment, with high volume roles

-must be either immediately available or short term notice
