Job Description

The position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across the business

- Create and manage the candidate pipeline

- Work with line managers to understand their hiring requirements

- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Manage KPIs

- Conduct 1st stage interviews

- Other ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Be an experienced recruiter, ideally from an agency background

- Have exceptional communication skills
