Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager role is a full 360 degree recruitment management opportunity, working closely with head office functions to hire mid to senior level positions. You will:

Closely manage internal client relationships to ensure recruitment plans are in place and potential resourcing activities are sufficient to meet future objectives
End to end recruitment of mid to senior level roles, from advertising and managing response, to interview and offer management
Working with the business on creative solutions for hard to fill roles
Building strong commercial relationships with external suppliers
Management and development of candidate ATS
Manage a small team delivering recruitment services to the business services areas such as Finance, HR etc.

The Successful Applicant

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be/have:

Experienced in the full recruitment lifecycle at mid to senior level
Experience of managing professional hires, in areas such as finance and HR
Previous experience of managing teams in a recruitment environment
Strong relationship management skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
Used to working alongside HR teams involving the writing of Job Descriptions and managing onboarding processes
