Job Description

  • Lead the Talent Management team, delivering high quality and business focused products for talent development.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Senior Stakeholders in order to develop a business aligned understanding of capability needs.
  • Oversee the design, development of succession planning / talent management initiatives and career development pathways.

The Successful Applicant

  • CMI Level 5 coaching certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing and implementing approaches to succession planning, career development and talent identification.
  • Experience in coaching and performance coaching.
