Job Description

Oversee and manage client accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead and support a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Prepare financial reports and ensure timely delivery to clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and improve internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as the key point of contact for client queries related to accounting matters.
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless financial support for property transactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Previous experience in client accounting or a similar role within the property industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Strong end-to-end service charge accounting experience.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools, MRI experience beneficial.
A thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the property sector.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
