About Our Client
The client I am working for are a developer based in the Swindon area who have become a household name in the development of high quality bespoke developments across the South West. Their product and unique way of delivering their projects has seen then grow year on year and are quickly becoming one of the premier brands in the region.
The technical team play a key part in their continuing success, with all members of the team being empowered and given the chance to take on the projects and own them from the early stages.
As a technical coordinator in the team you will be responsible for all areas of coordination of your sites including the development and inmplementation through to successful completion.
You will be working closely with the commercial and operational teams as well as external consultancies and local authority planning teams.
The Successful Applicant
The successful technical coordinator will come from a residential background and have a background in managing projects through the full life cycle.
You will have a good understanding of all elements of development, planning and implementation within the property and housing sector as well as building guidelines, NHBC and accompanying legislation.
You will be the main point of contact for your development and so must be able to communicate clearly, being able to chair meetings and report to the senior management team as to progress of your sites as well as being able to offer solutions to any challenges that arise during the build.
