About Our Client
Privately owned developer operating from a newly established region in the Midlands. Developing intimate sites of 30-80 units, they have a versatile portfolio of housetypes that focus on internal quality of space and build. They will look at a mix of brown and green field sites, both inner city and suburban, offering a comprehensive range of solutions that strive to enhance the existing built environment.
They encourage independent thinking and autonomy, allowing you to make the necessary decisions without the bureaucracy. They recognise the need for flexibility and have a culture which empowers you to manage your own diary to complete tasks.
This role is typical of a technical coordinator role within a residential developer/housebuilder and will have you be responsible for all below ground activities on sites. working closely alongside the Technical Manager, you will be required to procure engineering information from consultants, ensure accuracy, gain approvals and progress through planning.
Once on site you will be encouraged to follow the build, liaising with site, answering questions and resolving any challenges as they present themselves.
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- Civil Engineering background and enjoyed at least a couple of years in industry, either within a house builder or consultancy.
- Understanding of Section agreements and all other industry legislation.
- Knowledge of drainage strategies, levels, foundations and highway regulations.
- an interest in developing a career in residential sector
- driving licence and preferably car.
