Job Description

Working closely with the Management team you will be in charge of overseeing the training and development of the Technical Support Team, as well as monitoring and overseeing KPI's are met in line with the business. You will be hands on Technically ensuring ticket escallations are dealt with in a timely manner, and speaking with customers via telephone to ensure their IT related problems are resolved.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in French language is required
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience of Windows consumer operating systems and Windows Server operating systems. Linux knowledge would be a benefit.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and configuration is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
