Job Description

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our charity's goals
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration

The Successful Applicant

The Temporary HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous position as a HR Manager in the not-for-profit space IS ESSENTIAL
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
