About Our Client

My client is a globally recognised business in the medical equipment sector that has seen fantastic growth in the last few years. They are dedicated in increasing access to healthcare services for every patient across the globe and doing so in a cost effective manner. They are now looking to add a driven and passionate Territory Account Manager to the South East territory.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating as the main point of contact for all matters specific to accounts in the designated territory
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions/parties
  • Key focus on growing and developing existing clients and reactivating old clients
  • Qualify opportunities for new business in all products and services offered
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Ensuring awareness of all competitive activities
  • Collate all stakeholder information
  • Manage own diary, making appointments and following up all enquiries
  • Produce offer letters and quotations in line with agreed protocols
  • Attending exhibitions and marketing events to promote all aspects of the brand
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced sales and procurement environment
  • Experience of working with internal and external customers
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Technical knowledge of the Radiology / Imaging environment would be an advantage
  • Understanding of hospital buying process/structures.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focus and results focused.
  • A positive and pro-active attitude to team working.
  • Ability to adapt and manage change within the workplace
