About Our Client
The client is highly specialist, well-established Medical Device firm, operating in Haematology Medical Devices and market leading in their field. They value collaboration, partnership and a pragmatic approach to delivering results for the business and the customer. The commercial team members work in roles aligned with their strengths, providing the customer with a joined-up approach which meets their needs.
- Business Development focused - forming long term relationships with Cardiac Surgeons, Clinicians in Liver Centres as well as other surgical disciplines, engaging them in a long term process, uncovering needs and describing the benefits of the product range in-line with client's objectives. North England territory, with key centres in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds.
- Development of unparalleled knowledge of the product and therapy area.
- Regular communication with immediate team colleagues and in multiple disciplines in the business, in order to deliver high level of service to the customer and to ensure a joined-up approach internally.
- Accurate information recording.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidates will come from a capital sales background in medical devices, with a solid working understanding of the NHS and its procurement channels.
An articulate, engaging and polished communication style, strong team working abilities and driven character.
