An exciting opportunity has arisen for an East Anglia Sales Representative to help them to continue growing the territory and provide innovative products that truly enhance their customers lives.

Job Description

The main responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Source new sales opportunities, generate new leads, qualify prospects and manage the complete sales process
  • Continually meet or exceed personal sales targets
  • Close new sales across the full portfolio of products
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
  • Educate prospects on new models
  • Liaise with colleagues and coordinate on regional opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to expand regional brand presence
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads
  • Research sales competition and source new customers
  • Provide ongoing commercial support to customers to ensure product satisfaction
  • Travelling within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of over-achieving in a field sales role
  • Experience in the medical or Health and Social care industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Empathetic and caring nature
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with customers at differing organisational levels
  • Competent in Microsoft Office software packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
