Job Description
- Advising on trade mark filing strategies
- Clearance searches
- Filing and prosecuting UK, EU and international trade mark and design applications
- Due diligence
- Prosecuting and defending registry actions, including trade mark opposition and cancellation matters
- Negotiating settlements
Trade mark portfolio maintenance matters, including advising in connection with renewals and recordal programmes - Solid on-line research skills and knowledge of on-line trademark search databases
- Preparing and supervising domestic and international trade mark filings
- Working on trade mark disputes, cancellations action, renewal work and maintenance
