If you're excited by the idea of partnering with teams to deliver meaningful change and are looking to work in a world-class business, this could be the opportunity for you!Job DescriptionThis role will support with driving change throughout the Finance function and the wider business, identifying and resolving risks and implementing new processes to maximise business efficiency and enhance financial controls.The role has a wide remit and the scope will range from simple process updates to wholesale changes to longstanding but outdated procedures, potentially via the introduction of new technologies.As well as identifying areas for change, the Transformation / Controls Accountant will be responsible for documenting new processes, selling these into the business and subsequently ensuring that they are being followed correctly.This is an integral role within the Finance team that requires excellent communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
