  • Coordinate and plan effective logistics routes
  • Monitor transportation activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and clients
  • Continuously strive to improve the efficiency of logistics operations
  • Prepare accurate reports on logistics operations
  • Collaborate with the team to meet logistics objectives
