  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, deals, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Travel Agent should have:
