Treasury Manager

The role:

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Finance team in a newly created position, to enhance the company's current treasury function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join us on the next part of our journey. As a growing business you'll be responsible for looking after the treasury and cash activities. Your key duties will include but are not limited to;

• Leading on cash management, compliance and related reporting processes.
• Management of key banking relationships.
• Management of treasury systems ensuring risks are managed appropriately.
• Projecting short and medium rolling cash flow forecasts in multiple currencies.
• Dealing with internal and external audit reviews, implementing and documenting best practice.
• Ensuring the completion of documents, following and complying with HMRC guidance and deadlines.
• Reviewing and assisting with the implementation of appropriate hedging strategies.
• Mitigating financial risks and regularly reviewing reports for compliance.
• Supporting with year-end accounting.
• Recommending, implementing and maintaining a system of policies and procedures leading to process improvement.
• Working with Demand and Supply Teams to lower cash within the stock number in the aim of achieving a lean stock holding.
• Reviewing order to cash in retailers and looking at possible cash gains within those areas.
• Responsible for currency trading working ensuring compliance with policies.
